Moses founded CareerPath AI CIC because he saw first-hand how many talented young people in Toxteth and the wider Liverpool City Region were being shut out of the job market. Not because they lacked ability, but because they'd never been given the tools, the guidance, or the confidence to present themselves to employers.

With a background in AI automation and a deep commitment to the community, Moses built CareerPath AI to bridge that gap. He combines modern technology with real human care to make sure every young person who walks through the door gets a genuine chance at employment.

Is it really free?

Yes, completely. We are a Community Interest Company, not a recruitment agency. We never charge young people for any of our services. Our funding comes from grants and enterprise work, not from you.

Who is this for?

Anyone aged 16 to 24 in the Liverpool City Region who is not currently in education, employment, or training. If you're looking for work and need help getting started, this is for you.

Do I need any experience?

Not at all. We work with everything you've done, no matter how informal. Helped a family member? Volunteered at a local event? Looked after siblings? All of that counts and we know how to present it professionally.

How long does it take to get my CV?

Usually within a few days. You fill in our form or come to a session, we build your CV using AI tools, a career coach reviews it, and then we send it straight to your email ready to use.

What about my personal data?

We take data protection seriously. We are registered with the ICO, we never sell your data to recruiters or advertisers, and everything stays on our secure systems. Your information is used only to help you.

I'm a small business. How can you help me?

We offer free AI audits and build custom workflow automations for local SMEs. In return, we ask you to offer a guaranteed interview to one of our programme graduates. Your business saves time, a young person gets a real opportunity.
